This is the first impression when arriving at "Villa Riva", the breathtaking views and magical gardens full of bougainvilleas, roses, jasmin make you forget everything.

The property stands on a entire part of the hill overlooking the gulf of Sorrento with a breathtaking view onto the Vesuvio, Naples bay, the Amalfi coast and Capri...

Villa Riva offers two stylish homes and many outdoor sitting and dining areas.

You access the property directly by car but you can also walk to Capri main square the " Piazzetta " in a few minutes , note that the property has its own private funicular .

The ideal location also makes the access to the beach very easy , a 4 minutes taxi ride to be at Marina Piccola and embark on the famous beach club "La Fontelina" boat.

Chic, relaxing, with fabulous views ... Highly recommended for a perfect Caprese holiday!

Villa Riva is a huge and stylish property on Capri island two villas , both with large outdoor living and dining areas, a pool, a pizza oven.

Both villas can be rented together or just one of the two (Casa Bouganvillea).

Retention time
