Surrounded by rolling hills and olive groves, this exclusive masterfully-renovated villa represents the perfect location for unforgettable day trips to the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and provides a unique opportunity to admire its iconic landscapes while soaking up the region’s incredibly rich historical and cultural heritage.

The villa is just a few kilometers from the center of the charming town of Lucca. Hidden behind imposing Renaissance walls, its cobbled streets, handsome piazzas and shady promenades make it a perfect destination to explore on foot. As you cross the old 16th-century city walls into the city, you enter the heart of the town and what is commonly referred to as “the city of one hundred churches” for the large number of religious buildings which represents marvelous examples of architectural Italian styles.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Pisa, exceptionally well-known for its famous Leaning Tower. Moving between its alleys and riversides you will discover architectural jewels such as Santa Maria della Spina, the headquarters of the Scuola Normale Superiore in Piazza dei Cavalieri, the great exhibitions of Palazzo Blu and the magnetic charm of Piazza dei Miracoli, which contains one of Italy’s most celebrated structures. Start from the Baptistery and head to the 130-meter Camposanto Monumentale overlooking the square.

The villa is also a few kilometers from the sunny seaside town of Viareggio, one of Tuscany’s largest seaside resorts, graced with an air of elegance lent mainly by the long avenue of palms that runs the length of its seafront promenade. A modest collection of Art Nouveau-style frontages adds to the sense of refinement, though for the most part the buildings are old-style seaside hotels. Its beaches are all private, except for the free stretch of coastline between Viareggio and Torre del Lago.

Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, the traditional town of Forte dei Marmi is famed for its exclusive hotels, magnificent villas, designer boutiques and luxury beach chalets. Set in a serene countryside surrounded by olive groves, Villa La Voliera provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most appreciated areas in Tuscany. This magnificent property has been masterfully renovated while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Offering an elegant atmosphere, Villa La Voliera can accommodate up to fifteen (plus four) guests featuring eight bedrooms with en-suite bathroom spread over three floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts a magnificent swimming pool and a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. The garden also features a generous al fresco dining area with barbecue in the shade of a rose-covered trellis.

Accessed from the garden, the ground floor of the villa boasts a generous living room featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating and a light-filled dining room featuring beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and large windows overlooking the garden. As the evening falls, relax on one of the sofas while enjoying a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. On the same floor you will also find a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay.

The first and the second floor of the villa feature six spacious double bedrooms with king-size bed, one generous bedroom with French bed and one comfortable twin room. The two beds in the twin room can be pushed together on request. Designed for comfort and relaxation, each bedroom features an exceptional en-suite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom also features air conditioning and large windows offering plenty of natural light and spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

The villa’s timeless charm is complete with all the conveniences of modern living. Villa La Voliera also boasts a convenient laundry room and a fitness room: fitness lovers will be able to keep up with their workout regimen without leaving the comfort of their own villa. The property also features air conditioning and heating, wireless Internet access, TV with satellite channels, safe and centralized music system. The villa can comfortably accommodate fifteen guests plus four additional guests in extra beds, available on request.
