Rome Lux Mansarda is one of the most luxurious and unique estate to stay in the centre of Rome, situated in a XVI century Palazzo in Rome at beginning of the legendary Via Condotti, the Rome Lux was the residence of the French Emperor Napoleon III, who lived here in 1830. The Rome Lux consists of three magnificient rooms in 2 apartments: 2 in the Rome Lux Mansarda Suite and one in the Rome Lux Mansarda. They can be rented separately or altogether.
A skillful renovation restored the 2 apartment to its original splendour. They are decorated with antique furnishings, massive oil paintings, XVI century tapestries, parquet floors and hand-stencilled walls.
A continental breakfast is served every morning.
La Mansarda (70 sq. m.) has one of the most beautiful roof garden overlooking the city, with a multi-level decked terrace of over 600 sq ft. The terrace is furnished with terracotta pots of lavender and enjoys stunning views across one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
To enter the suite you climb a spiral staircase reaching a charming sitting room over looking the terrace, with stairs leading down to a very cosy small double bedroom. The intimate, low-ceiling bedroom has an alcove bed, one side descent (1,60 x 1,88 mt) and en-suite bathroom. This suite is more suitable for a young couple or single guest.
La Residenza is only few minutes from the famous Spanish Steps and is perfectly placed for many of Rome’s historic attractions.
The suite has air conditioning, wi-fi internet access, multi-language satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi stereo, minibar and maid service.
