2 Double Bedrooms

Rome Lux Suite is one of the most luxurious and unique estate to stay in the centre of Rome, situated in a XVI century Palazzo in Rome at beginning of the legendary Via Condotti, the Rome Lux was the residence of the French Emperor Napoleon III, who lived here in 1830. The Rome Lux consists of three magnificient rooms in 2 apartments: 2 in the Rome Lux Suite and one in the Roma Lux Mansarda. They can be rented separately or altogether.

A skillful renovation restored the 2 apartment to its original splendour. They are decorated with antique furnishings, massive oil paintings, XVI century tapestries, parquet floors and hand-stencilled walls.

A continental breakfast is served every morning.

Rome Lux Suite is composed by 2 bedrooms: the King Room and the Luna Room. The master Bedroom (King Room) has a large canopied bed (1,80 m. x 2,00 m.) draped with beautiful fabrics and silks. One of the six huge oil paintings in the bedroom forms the headboard while another painting opens to reveal an exquisite marble bathroom. Guests enter the Palazzo through huge wooden doors and pass along an elegant arcade of Doric columns with ancient artefacts on display that were excavated on site. A grand marble staircase, lined with antique marble busts of Roman Emperors, leads up to the entrance of the apartment. The Rome Lux residance offers two large reception rooms and a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and powder room.

The apartment (About 150 sq. m.) has air conditioning, multi-language satellite plasma TV, Video projector and large-scale screen, DVD, Bose i-pod player/dock, minibar, wi-fi internet access and highly secured cable connection, fax, room safe and maid service.

Service including Laundry, private tourist guide, chauffeur driven car, beauty treatments are available on request.

Luna Room (Please note: Luna Room is only available when booked as an interconnecting addition to the Suite)

Recently restored, Luna Bedroom has been added at Rome Lux Suite, and is an optional part of the Suite. After passing through the Suite’s green reception room, and entering the Yellow reception room, on the right you will find the Master bedroom while on the left there is a wooden staircase (16 stairs) leading to the Luna Bedroom. The bedroom, measuring 20 sq. m., has one double bed (165 cm. x 183 cm.) and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, a cabinet closet and a small balcony.

The room has air conditioning, TV, wi-fi internet access and maid service.

Retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.
