Overlooking the sea, Villa delle Felci accommodates up to eight guests, offering four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) and four bathrooms.

Situated in a prime position with panoramic views of the sea and Capri’s iconic Faraglioni, the villa features an exclusive pool with Roman steps and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Surrounded by trees and nestled on a tranquil hilltop, the villa is secluded within lush gardens, ensuring complete privacy. Adding to the serene atmosphere, the property boasts three exceptional terraces overlooking the sea.

The first terrace, which leads to the villa’s main entrance, is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco breakfasts in the shade of pine trees. The second terrace is home to the pool, complemented by sun loungers and large parasols for shade on hot summer days. From this terrace, a short flight of steps descends to a lemon garden and a small gate that opens onto the main street leading to the beach of Marina Piccola.

On the lower level, by the pool, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both open directly to the pool area. Please note, the villa’s numerous steps make it less suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
