Main Residence:
Upon entering the main residence, guests are greeted by a central courtyard, providing access to various rooms. The ground floor features two spacious sitting rooms, a dedicated office with a desk, and a guest bathroom. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen that seamlessly connects to a generous dining and living area, perfect for gatherings. This level also includes a laundry room, a wine room, and a luxurious double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Accessible via an internal staircase, the upper floor houses two double bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with double sinks for added convenience.
