With three of the most stylish properties in the Tuscan countryside, Villa La Marcellina is a 20-acre estate on a hill below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. Access to the estate is via two short, unpaved roads leading from the town. Located in the heart of Chianti, the estate is perfect for families or friends seeking the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy: two of the villas were originally built in the 16th and 17th centuries as farmhouses, while the third villa is a new addition.

Surrounded by greenery, the property has been masterfully restored while preserving the traditional Tuscan atmosphere. After four years of renovation, completed in 2018 with the help of a specialised architect, local artisans, and original materials sourced from across Italy, this property is now available for rent. The restoration process also emphasised environmental respect, incorporating clean energy sources such as solar and geothermal energy.

Please note that high hedgerows separate the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are strategically positioned to ensure privacy. With stunning views of the Chianti vineyards, Villa delle Donne is approximately 800 metres from the village of Panzano and enjoys a prime location between Florence and Siena. Offering a serene atmosphere, Villa Il Tinaio can accommodate up to fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with olive trees, the outdoor area features multiple terraces and original stonework. Accessed from the main road via a private path, the villa boasts an exclusive outdoor pool (6 x 18 m) and a spacious poolside area with comfortable sun loungers and wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Villa Il Tinaio embodies the typical style of a Tuscan farmhouse and offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Chianti countryside.

The villa’s rooms, spread over two levels, combine period charm with modern comfort. The property has multiple entrances; the main entrance hall is accessed from the garden. On the ground floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom includes an exceptional free-standing Jacuzzi tub.

The ground floor also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a seven-burner cooker, double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and ice maker. A French door leads to a large patio with an al fresco dining area. Additionally, the ground floor includes a generous living room, dining room, billiard room, and guest bathroom. The upper floor, accessed by a short flight of steps, comprises four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upon request, three double bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms.

Retention time
