Montaione is a delightful Tuscan village, set among the rolling hills of the countryside. Key attractions include the Church of San Regolo, home to beautiful artworks, and the Castle of Montaione. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and cycling, allowing visitors to enjoy nature. Offering a calm atmosphere, the poolside area provides an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation with a good book and a glass of prosecco. The outdoor area also features a large courtyard with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for al fresco dining.

Accessed from an ancient portico, the ground floor houses a generous living room overlooking the garden, a dining room with an exceptional working fireplace, and a cosy living room. Flooded with light, the ground floor also features a bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the courtyard and al fresco dining area. On the first floor, you will find two living rooms, one with a panoramic terrace, and four comfortable double bedrooms, each complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Retention time
