Surrounded by greenery, Villa Virgilio is an exceptional villa with a pool, located near Pietrasanta and Camaiore, just a few kilometres from the sea. This elegant villa features an exclusive outdoor area and embodies the charm of a traditional Tuscan residence. With a prime location and a spacious garden, Villa Virgilio can accommodate up to six guests across four bedrooms (two double bedrooms and two single rooms with French beds) spread over three levels.

The elegant garden surrounding the villa boasts a large pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind in complete serenity. The tranquil poolside area is perfect for basking in the sun, enjoying refreshing dips, and savouring moments of pure relaxation. The outdoor space also includes charming al fresco lounge areas, a spacious patio with a dining table and a traditional pizza oven, and a Swedish sauna, offering a variety of settings for leisure and indulgence.

The ground floor offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a spacious living room featuring comfortable sofas and a fireplace. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area with a large table for up to ten people. From the living area, you can access the outdoor space and the large patio. The kitchen leads to a second patio with a pizza oven and a table for up to ten guests. A guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The four bedrooms, decorated in neutral and warm tones, create an intimate atmosphere. Located on the first floor are two double bedrooms and two single rooms with comfortable French beds. This floor also features two bathrooms: one with both a bathtub and a shower, and one with a shower only. On the lower ground floor, there is a generous living area with a TV, stereo, pool table, reading area with a sofa, a small gym, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available in three out of the four bedrooms.
