Location and Surrounding Area
With a spectacular position overlooking the serene waters of Lake Como, Villa Sala offers a luxurious retreat on the edge of the lake, with incredible views and an infinity pool. The villa is located near the heart of Sala Comacina, a charming fishing village between Ossuccio and Colonno on the west coast of Lake Como. With one of the prettiest harbour areas on the lake, Sala Comacina enjoys an enviable position, offering views of the stunning Isola Comacina, the only island in the lake.

Once the site of a Roman fort and medieval settlement, Isola Comacina forms its own little bay, connected to the mainland just offshore from Ossuccio. The neighbouring towns of Ossuccio and Lenno are just a stone’s throw from the villa. Lenno is home to a beautiful 11th-century church, restored in the 16th century, with a nearby baptistery. From here, make sure to visit Villa Balbianello. Don’t miss the view of the lake from the balcony, and take a few hours to explore the rooms. Afterwards, enjoy a walk around the gardens and savour the views from the trails.

Argegno is a quaint village overlooking Lake Como, situated in the area of greatest depth. Located just 20 km from Como, Argegno is divided by the Telo stream, which splits the historic town centre into two parts, connected by an ancient bridge that is its distinguishing feature. Argegno offers plenty of opportunities to visit fascinating historic churches and explore nature with breathtaking views of the lake. If you visit, be sure to take the cable car to Pigra.

Mezzegra lies in the heart of the Tremezzina area of Lake Como, where the three legs of the lake meet. The towns of Bellagio, Menaggio, and Tremezzo are all nearby, making Mezzegra the perfect base for your Lake Como getaway. Bellagio is one of the most glamorous destinations in Lombardy, home to a colourful historic centre, beautiful gardens, and charming neighbourhoods. Its central location makes it ideal for visiting the surrounding towns, all easily accessible by boat.

The villa is located about 700 metres from the centre of Sala Comacina, where all necessary services can be easily found. Expertly crafted to blend with the contours of the land, the property features a modern infinity pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to bask in the sun while enjoying breathtaking lake views. Ideal for summer barbecues and al fresco evenings, the outdoor area also includes a hot tub for six people. Perfect for outdoor living, the terrace features an outdoor dining area, a pizza oven, and an outdoor shower.

On the same level as the outdoor area, the ground floor boasts a cutting-edge design with stunning glass walls overlooking the lake. The sumptuous lounge area has been finished with exceptional attention to detail, blending chic, modern style with honest simplicity. The open-plan space also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a back kitchen designated for prep and actual cooking, allowing the main kitchen to remain a stylish space for gathering and socialising.

With panoramic lake views, the ground floor also includes three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor, you will find a gym, a sauna where you can steam the day away, and a laundry room. This floor also features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has two entrances, including access from the outdoor area. Charming lake views from every window provide naturally light, airy spaces throughout.

The upper floor features a double bedroom with a private terrace. On this level, you will also find the main entrance to the villa and a covered parking space. In two bedrooms (the one on the upper floor and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor), the shower room has a frosted glass door that opens onto the terrace, where guests can take in the views. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and common areas. On request, three of the five double bedrooms can be transformed into twin rooms.

Retention time
