Muro Leccese is a charming town located in the heart of the Salento region of Puglia, known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and traditional atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of Salento, in the charming village of Depressa, Villa Fauna is a refined contemporary retreat with stylish interiors and exceptional outdoor spaces. Surrounded by nature and designed to blend modern aesthetics with the tranquillity of the landscape, this 400-square-metre villa boasts a saltwater pool and a fitness area. Villa Fauna accommodates up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms split between the main villa and the dépendance. A single bed for one additional guest can be added upon request.

Centred around a saltwater pool bordered by a paved sunbathing area, the villa’s exteriors are a true haven of relaxation. A shaded pergola hosts an elegant outdoor dining area, complete with a central wooden and glass table, while the nearby lounge area offers plush sofas and chaise longues. Tucked away in the greenery, you will find a serene yoga corner, perfect for peaceful meditation. A separate outdoor area features a kitchen with barbecue, inviting guests to linger over al fresco meals long into the evening.

Inside, the villa boasts sophisticated interiors with a modern, design-forward flair, enhanced by colourful artworks. On the first floor of the main villa, four double bedrooms provide peaceful repose, two with en-suite bathrooms, and two with adjacent bathrooms. The main villa also boasts a large open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining space for up to 12 guests, and a fully fitted kitchen. The terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols, offers a breath-taking glass-balustraded view over the pool below.

The ground floor, at garden level, hosts a charming dépendance featuring a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a small freshwater pool set amid lush vegetation. The villa’s crowning jewel is found on the lower ground floor: a generous fitness area equipped with premium Technogym machinery. The lower level also includes an indoor garage for two cars and additional on-site parking for two vehicles. The property also offers an additional unattended parking space just outside the villa.
