With a peaceful yet central location, many of Rome’s most famous attractions are within easy walking distance, while the rest are just a short taxi ride away. It would take weeks to see all that the city has to offer, but a few days is enough to explore Rome’s most beautiful sites.

The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, the ancient centre of civil and religious life in the city. These well-preserved ruins are among the most memorable attractions in Rome. The Trevi Fountain, the world’s most famous fountain, is just around the corner. This Baroque masterpiece features tritons, winged horses, and drinking snakes, with its waters shimmering from thousands of coins tossed by tourists.

The Colosseum, the largest amphitheatre ever built, is just a short walk away. This iconic ruin, recently enhanced with an extended visitor route that includes the underfloor passageways where gladiators and wild beasts once made their dramatic entrances, is an absolute must-see. Additionally, the apartment is merely steps from the Pantheon, Rome’s best-preserved ancient temple, renowned for its awe-inspiring dome and rich history, making it an essential visit for anyone new to the Eternal City.

Retention time
