The villa is just a stone’s throw from the medieval town of Siena. Its ancient red brick buildings, the scallop-shaped main square Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral Square, dominated by the zebra-striped Duomo, make it an absolute must for anyone traveling to Tuscany. Effectively an open-air museum celebrating the Gothic, Siena boasts secular monuments that have retained both their medieval forms and their exceptional art collections, providing plenty to marvel at.

The villa is just a few kilometers from San Gimignano, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Italy. From afar, San Gimignano looks like a town from a Renaissance painting: a circle of 13th-century walls enclosing tall, teetering stone towers. The Property. Set in a serene countryside of gently rolling hills, Villa Elisa provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Surrounded by beautiful garden, this magnificent villa has been recently restored using natural materials and preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Offering warm and cozy spaces, Villa Elisa can accommodate up to ten guests featuring five bedrooms spread across the main villa and the dépendance.

Immersed in a lush garden, this magnificent property boasts an exclusive pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. With charming views of the surrounding countryside, the garden also features a generous al fresco dining area, a lounge area for relaxing and socializing, and an exceptional hot tub.

The main villa, the Tower, features four bedrooms plus one additional bed. Offering a warm atmosphere, the ground floor of the main villa features a generous kitchen with a large table, a guest bathroom and a spacious sitting room with fireplace. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. Two large French windows open up onto the generous outdoor terrace sloping down to the lush garden surrounding the property.

The first floor of the main villa boasts a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor you will also find a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed sharing a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will also find a laundry room. On the second floor, in the upper part of the Tower, you will find a generous double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In the room, on a mezzanine level, you will also find a comfortable bed that can accommodate one additional guest.

Located near the main villa, the dépendance features one room with two double beds. Flooded with light coming through the large glass door overlooking the outdoor area, the dépendance consists of a generous open-space with two comfortable double beds and a lounge area. From this room you can access a small fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with large shower. Please note that the property can accommodate up to ten guests even though there are twelve beds plus one extra bed.
