The property is also just a few kilometres from Montalcino, celebrated as the home of the exceptional Brunello di Montalcino wine. This charming hilltop town features numerous enoteche along its medieval streets and is surrounded by picturesque vineyards.

The Property
Set on 600 hectares of vineyards and olive groves between Siena and Montalcino, Villa Fiamma has been beautifully renovated to the highest standards while preserving its original charm. The vineyards and olive groves date back to 1315, and this exceptional Tuscan estate has been owned by prominent aristocratic families, including the Guglieschi, the Borghesi, and the Tancredi. Featuring an exclusive pool and tennis court, the villa accommodates up to sixteen guests across eight bedrooms (five doubles and three twins).

Set within a lush garden, the villa offers an exclusive pool and a spacious poolside area with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to relax and unwind. The tranquil atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the midday sun with a good book and a glass of prosecco. Outside, there are multiple areas for al fresco dining, along with seating spaces for relaxation and socialising. Within the property’s three-hectare park, you will also find a tennis court and a wellness area featuring a gym, sauna, and bathroom with shower.

Bathed in natural light, the ground floor of the main villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace and elegant, ample seating, a cosy second living room, and a large dining room with a grand table. As evening sets in, gather around the fireplace to enjoy a glass of local wine with friends. On this floor, there is also a fully equipped, professional-grade kitchen with a large table; daily chef service is available on request (additional cost, upon request). A convenient guest bathroom is also located on this level.

Blending period charm with modern comfort, the first floor of the main villa offers a welcoming living room and a cosy reading and TV room, perfect for quiet moments or socialising. This floor also hosts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Room 1, the master suite, features a luxurious king-size bed, an elegant en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub, a dual vanity, and a private balcony with serene views over the garden. The room’s refined décor creates a tranquil retreat, ideal for unwinding in privacy.

Room 2 is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to a shared bathroom. This bathroom is shared with a small single room, suitable for a child (please note that this single room has no air conditioning). Room 3, on the same floor, is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub. Room 4 is a twin room (which can be transformed into a double bedroom with a king-size bed), complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the second floor of the main villa, you will find three bedrooms. Room 5 is a double bedroom (king-size bed) with a fireplace, sharing a bathroom (with shower/bathtub) with Room 6. Room 6 is a twin room (which can be transformed into a double bedroom with a king-size bed). Room 7, on the same floor, is a double bedroom (with king-size bed), en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub, office space, and fireplace. On the same floor, there is also a laundry area.

On the third floor, in the charming tower area, lies a twin room with two French beds (this room cannot be converted into a double bedroom), an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a cosy private living area, TV, and a fireplace. All bedrooms in the villa, except the small single room suitable for a child, are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Please note that the person who takes care of the house lives in a small adjacent building to the villa.
