The Property
Located in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Le Colline offers an oasis of tranquillity in the wild Val d’Orcia, just a short distance from the towns of Siena, Montalcino, and Pienza. Boasting panoramic views over the Tuscan hills, the property is the ideal setting for a holiday with family and friends. Dating back to the 17th century, this redbrick farmhouse spans more than 300 square metres. Recently renovated, the villa accommodates up to ten guests in five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, spread across two floors.

Set within a generous garden, the property features an infinity pool (heated upon request, at an additional cost) and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind. The tranquil poolside area provides the perfect spot for basking in the sun. With enchanting views of the countryside, the garden also includes two large gazebos, a dining area with an outdoor kitchen, and a lounge area with a firepit. Guests can also enjoy a panoramic loggia with a Jacuzzi and an 18-metre bocce court.

The property is surrounded by five hectares of farmland and enjoys breathtaking views of the Crete Senesi. At its heart lies a generous garden, approximately one hectare in size, with a traditional rectangular redbrick farmhouse. Measuring about 300 square metres, the farmhouse features five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area. Completely renovated in 2021 using high-quality materials, this splendid farmhouse combines period charm with modern comforts.

On the ground floor, you will find a generous open-plan living area that seamlessly blends contemporary style with traditional touches, a modern kitchen, a sitting room with a round dining table, and two lounge areas—one with a cosy fireplace and another with a TV.
