Situated in the Marine Protected Area of Plemmirio, this exclusive four-suite and recently-restored villa is ideally located to offer complete privacy and tranquility to its guests, providing a unique escape for those who want to explore this diverse region which is home to Baroque towns, excellent food and some of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Villa Siracusa is just a stone’s throw away from Syracuse, which encapsulates Sicily’s timeless beauty more than any other city: ancient Greek ruins rise out of lush citrus orchards, café tables spill onto dazzling Baroque piazzas, and honey-hued medieval side streets lead down to the sparkling blue sea.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Noto, a spectacular Baroque city in the province of Syracuse and an architectural paradise with one of the most beautiful historic centers in Sicily. Renowned as the Capital of Baroque and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Noto is perched on a plateau overlooking the Asinaro valley, covered by citrus, olive and almond trees. In less than one hour by car, you can reach Marzamemi, a fishing village long known for good seafood that has now been thoroughly discovered, its ancient core home to shoals of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

In just one hour by car, you can easily reach Modica, which was damaged in the 1963 earthquake and was largely rebuilt in the Sicilian Baroque style: its highlight is the 18th-century Church of San Giorgio, which dominates the upper town and is approached by a flight of 250 steps. Major attractions in the lower town include the Chiesa del Carmine, the sumptuously Baroque San Pietro, and the Palazzo de Leva. The villa is also one-hour drive from Catania, one of the most picturesque towns in Sicily: its historic center is a UNESCO-listed wonder, where black and white palazzi tower over sweeping Baroque piazzas.

In one hour and fourteen minutes by car, you can easily reach Scicli, the most authentic and relaxed of the Val di Noto’s showpiece Baroque towns. Its relatively compact historic center is awash with cultural sights, from beautiful churches and aristocratic palazzi to eclectic museums and a time-warped apothecary. Full of artistic treasures and delicacies for the palate, Sicily is also famous for its balmy beaches. Traveling along its spectacular coastline, visitors will come across the sandy beaches of Arenella, Fanusa, Fontane Bianche and Ognina.

Perched on a promontory surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, Villa Siracusa is the result of a recent renovation and boasts a contemporary style, providing a unique retreat for those seeking complete privacy and pure relaxation in one of the most appreciated areas in Sicily. Surrounded by three pools with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and private access to the sea, this exceptional villa can accommodate up to eight guests, offering four elegant suites spread across the main villa and the dépendance.

Overlooking the turquoise sea, the villa is surrounded by three exceptional linked pools. They have different depths and one of them is heated, complete with water jets. The pools are surrounded by a spacious paved area with comfortable sun loungers to bask in the sun: the perfect place for enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a refreshing drink. The villa also boasts a magnificent natural salt-water pool surrounded by large rocks and an exclusive corner equipped with sun loungers and parasols providing plenty of shade. The villa also boasts al fresco lounge and dining areas under the shade of a pergola where guests can enjoy the cool sea breeze.

On the ground floor of the villa, the open-plan living and dining area is uniquely furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating, while large windows create a luminous and airy atmosphere dominated by light colors. During the winter months, as the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine with your fellow guests. Flooded with natural light, the room also features a guest bathroom and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay and a large table where guests can enjoy traditional Italian dishes.

On the same floor you will find a light-filled suite with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On request, the double bed can be transformed into twin beds. In the bedroom you will also find a comfortable sofa bed that, on request, can accommodate an extra guest. The suite has direct access to the swimming pool. On the ground floor you will also find the second suite, which features king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Behind the headboard of the bed, separated by a glass window, there are two sinks, a shower with sea view and, separated by a door, the toilet. In the room you will also find a chaise longue that, on request, can accommodate an extra guest.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the first floor of the villa houses a magnificent suite featuring king-size  bed, en-suite bathroom with double shower, and incredible views of the sea. Located next to the main villa, the dépendance boasts a spacious suite with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On request, the double bed can be transformed into twin beds. Behind the bed, separated by a wall, you will find an emotional path with shower and water games. Flooded with natural light, the dépendance boasts an al fresco area under the shade of a pergola, direct access to the pool and a garden.
