The Property
Nestled against a hillside adorned with lush greenery and silver-hued olive groves, Villa Lake View is an elegant two-story country house offering breathtaking waterfront views, ensuring a truly unforgettable stay. With its harmonious blend of antique and modern furniture, the villa exudes a luxurious atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both comfort and sophistication. Villa Lake View can accommodate up to 10 in five bedrooms plus 2 guests in two twin beds on a wooden mezzanine.

The villa’s exteriors boast manicured gardens that lead to a south-facing infinity pool (6 x 15 m). The pool's design allows the water to cascade over its edge, merging seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The surrounding pool deck is a tranquil haven, perfect for relaxing in the natural sound of water flowing. For moments of relaxation, guests can unwind in the panoramic hot tub or explore the villa’s private spa, complete with a glass-enclosed heated pool and whirlpool seats that make the most of the views.

Inside, a grand entry hall with an imposing white marble stairway sets the tone for the villa’s luxurious spaces. The spacious lounge area, with its inviting sofas, a striking stone fireplace, and a 50-inch smart TV, is perfect for socialising. The dining room, located on the other side of the entryway, boasts a large wooden table and a cosy fireplace, creating an ideal setting for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space. For those who prefer to dine al fresco, the villa offers a charming outdoor dining area.

The villa boasts five bedrooms, each offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. These suites are generously sized, providing a serene and private retreat for guests. The villa’s design ensures that all rooms are bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a twin room (with two 90x200 beds), accompanied by an adjacent bathroom, which is the only bathroom on this floor. The bathroom features a large shower with a wall-mounted hydro-massage system.

The upper floor houses the remaining four bedrooms, all doubles (two rooms have beds measuring 160x200, one has a bed measuring 180x200, and one has a bed measuring 210x200). Three of them feature en-suite bathrooms with a shower, while one (the one with the 180x200 bed) has a bathroom located just outside the room. Additionally, a wooden mezzanine, accessed via a wooden staircase from the corridor, offers two twin beds (80x200), providing further flexibility.
