Located in the picturesque hilltop town of Positano, Villa Positano View boasts a generous fully-furnished terrace and expansive panoramic views, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this recently renovated villa features stylish contemporary furnishings and plenty of light. Villa Positano View can accommodate up to twelve guests, featuring six bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one twin room) spread over three floors.

With spectacular views of the town and the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, this elegant villa boasts generous terraces and idyllic spots for basking in the sun and enjoying the sea breeze. Offering a calm atmosphere, the villa features an exceptional swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking views over Punta Reginella. The villa also includes an extra heated outdoor tub for innovative wine-therapy antioxidant treatments (extra, upon request), using the active substances contained in wine and grapes.

The generous sun-kissed terrace around the swimming pool is equipped with a large table and seating for twelve guests, comfortable benches, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and parasols providing plenty of shade on hot summer days. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy stunning views over the crystal-clear waters of the sea and the charming town of Positano. Offering a calm atmosphere, the terrace and the swimming pool can be accessed directly from each floor of the villa.

The villa boasts fully-equipped kitchens, which are accessed from the living room and lead onto the main terrace. On the same floor, you will find two bright and spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas. The living rooms open out onto private terraces. On this floor, you will also find a fourth bathroom with a shower. On the terrace, there is a treadmill, allowing fitness enthusiasts to maintain their workout routines while enjoying stunning views. Additionally, a heated Jacuzzi is available upon request at an extra cost.

Flooded with light, the first floor of the villa boasts two double bedrooms, each with a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, offering stunning views of the sea and Positano. On the same floor, you will find three bathrooms: one with a shower and two with hydro-massage showers. All bathrooms are accessible from the hallway. The ground floor houses a third double bedroom, which can be reached from the living room, and a twin room accessible from the hallway. These two bedrooms share a terrace.

The first floor offers a large, airy living room with furnishings including a sofa, table and chairs, and access to the main terrace with the pool. On this floor, you will find two fully equipped kitchens and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor houses the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The bedrooms have access to a shared terrace. On this floor, there is a sixth bathroom with a shower and a seventh en-suite bathroom with chromotherapy.

Villa Positano View boasts air conditioning throughout (except in the kitchens and bathrooms), heating, and wireless Internet access. The villa includes a private parking space for up to four cars, which is accessible from the main street and equipped with a private lift leading to the different levels of the property. There are also ten steps leading up to the villa from the main street. It is one of the few villas on the Amalfi Coast that can be accessed without having to climb too many steps.
