Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Italy, just a few kilometers from the marvelous Adriatic coast and out the charming town of Carovigno, this exceptional five-bedroom villa is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing a perfect retreat for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In Carovigno you will find the Dentice di Frasso Castle Frasso, which dominates the old town, and the one-Michelin-star Osteria Già Sotto l’Arco. Renowned for its production of olive oil, Carovigno offers local opportunities for tourists, including its close proximity to the sea. The villa is just a stone's throw from the most beautiful equipped beaches of Salento, such as Coccaro beach, Le Palme, and Lido Pettolecchia, and a few kilometers from Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, a protected natural area located on the Adriatic coast.

In just twenty minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, the town of Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

In just forty minutes by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can get amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden located on the west side of the historic center.

With accommodation all on one level, Villa Maestro can sleep ten guests in five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one twin room) with en-suite bathroom.

Surrounded by nature, the villa boasts an exceptional pool and a generous paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a serene atmosphere, the poolside area is perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. Accessed from the kitchen, the outdoor area also features a large dining table for up to ten people. Outdoors you will also find a lounge area and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

With accommodation on all one level, this exclusive 400-sqm villa can sleep ten guests in five bedrooms: four double bedrooms and one twin room. Two double bedrooms are located on the east side of the house, two double bedrooms are located on the west side of the house, while the twin room is located near the guest bathroom and the secondary entrance of the house. With a palette of soft and neutral tones, the bedrooms feature a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

With high vaulted ceilings, the villa features a generous living room with comfortable sofas and an adjacent dining room. The living room features TV and foosball table, perfect for family game nights. Flooded with natural light, the villa also features a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and all the amenities you might need during your stay. The villa also boasts a guest bathroom with a convenient laundry corner with washing machine and dryer. Outdoors you will find a covered parking space for up to four cars.

Retention time
