The town’s beautiful promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll, with vibrant cafés and restaurants offering fresh seafood and local delicacies. The Property
Located near Amalfi and Positano, Villa Saracena boasts a generous fully-furnished terrace and expansive panoramic views, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Nestled between an infinite blue sky and the azure sea, the spectacular cliff-top setting of the villa ensures superb panoramas. Offering an impressive sense of modern comfort, Villa Saracena can accommodate up to fourteen guests, featuring seven bedrooms.

With spectacular views of the sea, the villa boasts a salt-water pool and a beautiful sundeck for basking in the sun and enjoying the fresh lemon-scented breeze. Surrounded by lush terraced gardens of lemon trees, the villa features a generous panoramic veranda with a dining area and barbecue, and a comfortable shaded lounge area for relaxing and socialising. Offering a calm atmosphere, the terrace is the perfect retreat to sunbathe. The villa also boasts private access to the sea.

On the ground floor, the timeless elegance of the modern interior living space is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, glass walls, and large panoramic windows. On this floor, you will find a spacious TV area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a lounge area, and a generous dining area with a large table. On the same floor, there is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, a laundry room, and a guest bathroom.

Offering an impressive sense of comfort, the upper floor of the villa features a double bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with both a shower and a tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Flooded with natural light, the middle floor houses a double bedroom with a queen bed and a charming twin room, which share a stylish bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, you will find two inviting queen bedrooms and two cosy twin rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom complete with a shower.

The property also includes an exclusive wellness area with a massage room hewn into the rock. A small gym contains essential training equipment and machinery, with a sea view that guarantees absolute pleasure and relaxation while training. Villa Saracena features air conditioning, heating, a minibar, and a safe in each bedroom, a hairdryer in each bathroom, a TV with satellite channels, and wireless Internet access throughout the property. Retention time
