The villa is approximately 1 km from the famous Piazzetta di Capri, making it a short walk away from Capri’s vibrant heart. Marina Grande, the island’s main port, is around 1.4 km from the property. The Property
Nestled on the idyllic island of Capri, Villa Riva is a luxurious haven offering breathtaking views and timeless elegance. This extraordinary property is surrounded by magical gardens adorned with vibrant bougainvillea, fragrant roses, and delicate jasmine. Guests can enjoy stunning panoramas of Mount Vesuvius, Naples Bay, the Amalfi Coast, and the island of Capri itself. Each of the two villas has 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, so together, the two villas offer 12 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 24 guests.

Outdoors, Villa 1 features a spacious terrace and a garden dining area overlooking the bay. The villa also includes a private pool, summer kitchen with barbecue, and a traditional pizza oven. Surrounded by lush gardens with bougainvillea, roses, and jasmine, Villa 2 boasts breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius, Naples Bay, the Amalfi Coast, and Capri. Guests can easily access the property by car or walk to Capri’s Piazzetta in minutes. The property also has its own private funicular. Villa 1 offers dedicated staff accommodation.

Villa 1 - Main Villa:
The ground floor of the main villa of Villa 1 includes two elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. A spacious terrace, a sitting and dining area in the garden, and a central hallway with a staircase complete this level, ensuring both comfort and style. The first floor offers a king-sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, accompanied by two bathrooms with showers. A formal dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining terrace ensure convenience and sophistication.

Villa 1 - Annex:
In the annex of Villa 1, a welcoming living room with a kitchen corner provides flexibility and convenience, making it an ideal retreat within the villa. This space is thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort, featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a refreshing shower, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub. Surrounded by the tranquillity of the property’s lush gardens, the annex offers a private and serene setting.

Villa 2:
In Villa 2, the large living room on the ground floor is tastefully furnished, offering a comfortable setting to unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family or friends. The garden sitting and dining area overlooks the bay, providing a peaceful spot for dining. A dining room terrace offers the perfect setting for leisurely meals, with the beauty of the surroundings enhancing the experience. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.

The first level features four bedrooms designed for comfort. Three king-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer privacy, while the fourth twin bedroom has an external bathroom with a shower. This level also includes a second living room, providing a cosy retreat. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase stunning views. On the top level, two more double bedrooms offer serene views and stylish décor, ensuring privacy and easy access to amenities. A bathroom is also available on this floor.
