Accommodating up to 17 guests, with the option to host 3 additional guests using sofa beds, the property is spread across four distinct buildings: the Main Villa, the Olive Annex, the Pine Cone Annex, and the Seagull Annex.

The villa’s exteriors offer a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush gardens filled with Mediterranean flowers. Panoramic terraces boast stunning views, perfect for enjoying the island’s beauty. Overlooking Marina Piccola, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, offering a tranquil space to unwind. At the property’s lower end, a charming vegetable garden with fruit trees invites guests to savour fresh, seasonal produce, enhancing the villa’s outdoor allure.

Main Villa:
The Main Villa spans two levels and sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms (three doubles and one single with a French bed), with four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Two bedrooms open onto a panoramic terrace with views of Capri and the sea. On the ground floor, vaulted ceilings enhance the spacious living room, which connects to the terrace through French windows. The dining area seats 12, and the fully-equipped kitchen features modern amenities. A laundry room with a washing machine completes the villa.

Olive Annex:
The Olive Annex features a private, furnished panoramic terrace with beautiful views, offering a peaceful retreat. Located on the lower level, it includes three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room with a private bathroom. A comfortable, single sofa bed is also available to accommodate a fifth guest. The annex boasts a cosy living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in comfort.

Pine Cone Annex:
The Pine Cone Annex offers a private panoramic terrace, complete with stylish tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views in comfort. Retention time
