The Property

This historic estate, once a tower house dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries, was owned by the illustrious Firidolfi family. Borgo di Panzano combines the timeless beauty of Tuscan architecture with modern comforts, offering an ideal escape for up to 18 guests (and 2 children) across five spacious apartments.
The villa is surrounded by 13 hectares of land, with organic vineyards producing the renowned Sangiovese wine, which is used to create the estate's own selection of wines. The landscaped Mediterranean garden is full of vibrant plants, including laurel, lavender, lemons, and arbutus, while the kitchen garden provides seasonal vegetables. The apartment includes a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms (one en-suite, one opposite a bedroom, and one private for the tower bedroom, located on the floor below via a wooden staircase). A private terrace with garden furniture provides a peaceful space.
Tottolo:
Located on the ground floor in the oldest part of the estate, Tottolo accommodates two guests in a double bedroom. It features a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower. A small yet comfortable bedroom, next to the kitchen, has an en-suite bathroom and is ideal for two children, contributing to the estate’s capacity for 18 adults and 2 children. A private garden with outdoor furnishings, perfect for al fresco dining, completes this serene setting.
Belvedere:
Belvedere accommodates four guests in two beautifully furnished bedrooms and offers a cosy yet luxurious atmosphere. Situated on the first floor, it features a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower (one is en-suite, while the other is external but adjacent to the bedroom door). The private terrace, perfect for intimate breakfasts, provides stunning, uninterrupted views of the countryside, immersing guests in the beauty of Tuscany.
Capanna:
Capanna accommodates four guests in two double bedrooms (one with a French bed) and exudes rustic charm with its covered terrace, ideal for relaxed gatherings and enjoying the dolce vita. Located on the ground floor, it features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two en-suite bathrooms with shower (one accessed via a wooden staircase to the first floor, the other located on the ground floor). The private terrace is a standout feature, inviting guests to savour the beauty of Tuscany.
Il Piccolo:
The smallest and most intimate of the apartments, Il Piccolo accommodates two guests in one cosy double bedroom and offers a true Tuscan atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. Overlooking the inner courtyard, it features a compact dining area, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy a reserved portion of the garden for a quiet escape, surrounded by the beauty and serenity of the estate’s lush landscape, providing an intimate connection to the Tuscan countryside.
