A pleasant walking on the "Strade Bianche" that run among the olive groves of the villa, will allow you to enjoy the view the village of San Gimignano, one of Italy’s best-preserved medieval villages.The historic center was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, and strolling through the cobblestoned streets will make you feel like you have stepped back in time.

From the villa you can easily reach Siena, the medieval walled city famous for the twice annual Palio horse race. The Property

Perched high on a hill overlooking the medieval town of Monteriggioni, Castellina Senese provides an opulent retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. This magnificent property, which has been recently renovated to the highest standards while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional 18th-century mansion, boasts the most sophisticated décor. Surrounded by rolling hills, Castellina Senese can accommodate up to fourteen guests, featuring seven bedrooms (five double bedrooms and two twin rooms) spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a fully-fenced park, the villa boasts an exceptional swimming pool surrounded by a large green lawn located in a secluded area on the back of the villa, nestled among cypresses and olive trees. Here you will also find a generous poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun. The park is a botanical garden with a romantic grove of cedars and oaks, a beautiful gazebo suitable for outdoor dining and a yard with lemon trees perfect for relaxing and socializing.

The ground floor of the villa boasts spacious rooms, which are typical of the 18th-century mansions. The front door leads into a large entrance room, on the right side is a bright, spacious great hall, which is the oldest section of the house. Characterized by great vaults, it leads to a comfortable master bedroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, enhanced by an authentic French fireplace in green marble and furnished with the original antique furniture. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

To the left side of the entrance, you will find an elegant and bright dining room with natural light coming in from the three large windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped with an independent back entrance. On the ground floor you will also find a convenient guest bathroom. On the first floor is the sleeping area, equipped with air conditioning. The 17th-century stone staircase opens onto a living room that leads to the bedrooms. On the first floor you will find four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one with bathtub too, and two twin rooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The balcony on the first floor offers an exclusive view of Monteriggioni.

All the sleeping area is fully equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has been furnished with attention to details and colors creating a charming atmosphere. Please notice that there is also a second floor, with separate and independent entrance, that is the apartment of the caretaker who will always be available for any request.
