This historic property features beautifully restored farmhouses, thoughtfully designed to blend tradition with modern comfort and offering luxurious accommodations from three to eight bedrooms. Dating back to the year 998, I Casali is steeped in history. Over the centuries, it has hosted an array of guests, from European aristocracy to Hollywood celebrities. This historical estate has recently undergone an authentic restoration and preserved its timeless charm while incorporating modern luxuries. From its beginnings in the 10th century to its transformation in the 21st century, I Casali is a perfect blend of Tuscany’s rich past and the sophisticated comforts of today.

Nestled between lush vineyards and rolling hills, Casale Elsa is a grand farmhouse that combines rustic charm with modern luxury. The estate offers a six-bedroom main residence and a two-bedroom guest house, providing ample space for up to 16 guests. Guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views from spacious central living and dining areas, which flow seamlessly into a shaded pergola for al fresco dining. The kitchen, the largest on the estate, is perfect for preparing a sumptuous Italian feast.

Main Residence:
On the ground floor of the main residence, a generous dining room flows into a well-appointed kitchen featuring a generous island with seating, perfect for informal dining or gathering with loved ones. Adjacent is another dining area with a round table, ideal for intimate meals. The living room provides multiple lounge corners with sofas and armchairs, creating a comfortable space for relaxation. A guest bathroom completes this floor's amenities.

On the first floor, guests will find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring two sinks. Two of these bedrooms are double, while the third is a twin room. Two additional sitting rooms are located on this level, with one serving as a connecting space between two of the bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find three more double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and double sinks. A cosy sitting room serves as a relaxing break between the bedrooms.

Guest Residence:
The ground floor of the guest residence features a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with double sinks and a separate WC. The guest house also includes an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Upstairs, accessed via an external staircase, is a spacious double bedroom, offering access to a small terrace. The terrace leads to external stairs that connect to the lower floor. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a WC discreetly placed behind a separate door.
