Le Macie is designed for leisurely outdoor living, offering a large infinity pool with a paved poolside area, a fire pit, and multiple lounge and dining areas perfect for relaxation. The estate’s expansive grounds also include a private tennis court, providing an ideal setting for a friendly match or a more active day. Outdoor spaces are arranged with a traditional forno for pizza making, a barbecue, and a covered sitting area, creating a perfect environment for al fresco dining.

Main Residence:
The main residence opens to an open-plan living room with a traditional Tuscan fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. The entry level also includes a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, adding privacy and convenience. On the upper level, there are four additional double bedrooms, two of which can be converted into twin rooms. Three bathrooms serve this level, two of them en-suite for the double bedrooms, while the third is shared by the two convertible bedrooms.

Guest Residence:
The guest residence features a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a covered outdoor dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.
