This historic property features beautifully restored farmhouses, thoughtfully designed to blend tradition with modern comfort and offering luxurious accommodations from three to eight bedrooms. With olive groves, vineyards, and cypress-lined paths, the estate provides a peaceful retreat immersed in the beauty of Tuscany.

Dating back to the year 998, I Casali is steeped in history. Over the centuries, it has hosted an array of guests, from European aristocracy to Hollywood celebrities. This historical estate has recently undergone an authentic restoration and preserved its timeless charm while incorporating modern luxuries. From its beginnings in the 10th century to its transformation in the 21st century, I Casali is a perfect blend of Tuscany’s rich past and the sophisticated comforts of today.

Set among rolling hills, olive groves, and expansive fields, Casale Le Macie combines traditional Tuscan style with modern finishings, offering guests breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. This elegant estate is composed of a main residence and a guest house, making it ideal for 12 guests with six double bedrooms: five in the main residence and one in the guest residence. Casale Le Macie’s blend of traditional charm and modern luxury creates an unforgettable setting for a relaxing and active Tuscan retreat.

Le Macie is designed for leisurely outdoor living, offering a large infinity pool with a paved poolside area, a fire pit, and multiple lounge and dining areas perfect for relaxation. The estate’s expansive grounds also include a private tennis court, providing an ideal setting for a friendly match or a more active day. Outdoor spaces are arranged with a traditional forno for pizza making, a barbecue, and a covered sitting area, creating a perfect environment for al fresco dining.

Main Residence:
The main residence opens to an open-plan living room with a traditional Tuscan fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. The entry level also includes a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, adding privacy and convenience. On the upper level, there are four additional double bedrooms, two of which can be converted into twin rooms. Three bathrooms serve this level, two of them en-suite for the double bedrooms, while the third is shared by the two convertible bedrooms.

Guest Residence:
The guest residence features a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a covered outdoor dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. The main level also includes a bathroom, ensuring convenience for guests. On the upper level, a spacious primary bedroom suite with a walk-in closet offers a peaceful retreat. Guests staying in the bedroom will have access to the bathroom downstairs, providing privacy while maintaining a functional layout.
