Dating back to the year 998, I Casali is steeped in history. Over the centuries, it has hosted an array of guests, from European aristocracy to Hollywood celebrities. Casale San Regolo is a majestic estate set amidst olive groves and vineyards, offering both privacy and space for large groups. The property features a main residence with three bedrooms, complemented by two guest houses with one bedroom each, making it an ideal choice for multi-family getaways or groups. With accommodation for 10 guests, the estate provides ample room for relaxation. Guests can gather in the outdoor dining areas, enjoy a swim in the infinity pool, or stroll through the expansive lawns.

The central courtyard, which connects the main residence and the guest houses, serves as a stunning focal point. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining and lounge areas, where meals can be prepared in the traditional outdoor wood-burning oven or on the two barbecue grills (charcoal and gas). The heated glass-tiled infinity pool provides the perfect spot to relax, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing option after a swim. The property also boasts expansive lawns for leisurely walks.

Main Residence:
The lower level of the main residence includes a spacious living room with a traditional Tuscan fireplace, ideal for cosy gatherings, and a morning room for a relaxed start to the day. The fully-equipped kitchen is complemented by a pantry, while the dining room offers a lovely space for family meals. A guest bathroom and extra sitting areas are also on this floor. Upstairs, there are three well-appointed double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a shared sitting room that connects the rooms.

Guest Residences:
The two guest houses at Casale San Regolo provide an intimate retreat. The first guest house features a comfortable living room, a sitting area, and a twin room, along with a bathroom equipped with double sinks. The second guest house includes a spacious double bedroom with access to a covered outdoor patio, offering guests a serene spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This guest house also includes its own private bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy for all guests.
