In less than one hour by car, you can easily reach Florence, renowned for its priceless heritage. Key sites include the Duomo, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, and the Galleria dell’Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are veritable art galleries, while the Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana showcases Michelangelo’s architectural genius. Wander through the city’s ancient streets, cross the Ponte Vecchio, and explore the Oltrarno district.

The villa is also just a short drive from Siena, Italy’s most enchanting medieval town. The property is surrounded by a lush garden featuring a swimming pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and large parasols for sunny summer days. The garden also includes a generous al fresco lounge area with sofas, perfect for relaxing with a good book. The villa offers a spacious al fresco dining area with a large table under a pergola, ideal for intimate gatherings while enjoying traditional Italian cuisine and the mild Tuscan climate.

Main Villa:
Inside, the ground floor of the main villa includes a living area with comfortable sofas around a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and a guest bathroom. The lower ground floor houses an exceptional spa area with a Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, sauna, and shower facilities. In the main villa, there are three double bedrooms and a twin room (with beds that can be pushed together on request), each with its own walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom in travertine marble.

Specifically, the first floor features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each including a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first floor also offers a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the picturesque Tuscan countryside. On the second floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

In the dépendance, the first floor offers a charming double bedroom and a cosy twin room (with beds that can be pushed together on request), both sharing a beautifully designed bathroom with a shower.
