Tenuta San Clemente - Podere La Strada is a lovely restructured stone farm house sitting proudly right in the middle of one of the olive groves on the Tenuta San Clemente estate. Tenuta San Clemente, the beautiful 16th century estate in the hills of Tuscany just 45 min south of Florence is owned by Trudie Styler and Gordon Sumner, where they produce completely organic of honey, olive oil, salumi and of course wine for passion.

This four bedroom home was reclaimed from a neighboring estate incorporating it and its olives to create yet another stunning home in the Tenuta San Clemente collection. This house is more cosy, snug and soft while retaining the same signature architectural and Trudy’s design details reflected throughout the estate. The kitchen is quite modern with a convenient laundry room just off the side to offer separation between homemaking and r&r spaces that the living room with working fireplace and the vast terrace and out door spaces offer. Of course you will find Tvs with International cable, ipod docking stations all modern kitchen appliances and outside a wonderful shaded terrace for comfortable outdoor dining.

The large pool overlooks the silvery leaves of the olive grove and there are sun beds galore along side hints of shade offered by umbrellas here and there.

There is one ground floor double bedroom suite for guests who want to avoid climbing stairs and three different cosy complete double bedroom suites on the second floor. Each bedroom has their own private en suite bathroom with shower stall and bathtub plus double sinks.

Tenuta San Clemente - Podere La Strada is just up the road from the estate’s in house store offering all of the completely organic produce that is created on-site. Convenience, luxury accommodations and privacy can all be happily found here.

Of course the most enchanting aspect of any property is the location, nestled in the Chianti Hillside and within easy reach of Florence, Siena, Rome, Umbria making it a fantastic choice for the most authentic and unique experience of a lifetime.

Retention time
