Embodying timeless architecture, Villa San Gimignano accommodates ten guests in five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and a twin room), each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, spread across the main villa and a cottage.

The gardens and surrounding grounds are breathtaking, featuring far-reaching views and landscaped lawns and flower beds. You will easily find yourself in a shady corner if you wish to read in peace and quiet. The outdoor dining areas and lounges are equally spacious, complete with a barbecue for grilling Tuscan steaks, ideally enjoyed under a starry sky. Nestled within this lush paradise, the expansive pool invites relaxation, offering sunny lounging areas and shaded umbrellas for comfort and leisure.

The main villa boasts three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom on its first floor, complemented by an additional double bedroom in an adjacent cottage. The cottage also features a spacious sitting room, complete with a picturesque stone fireplace, adding a touch of rustic elegance to the ambiance. Every bedroom exudes timeless Tuscan charm, with authentic terracotta floors and traditional wood-beamed ceilings, promising a stay of unparalleled elegance and tranquillity.

The ground floor offers plenty of relaxing spaces, including period leather armchairs and an abundance of comfortable sofas. You will find direct access to the patios, gardens, and outdoor dining area. The interior dining room features a stone fireplace and a superb table that easily seats up to ten guests. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to recreate delicious Italian meals during your stay. There is even an upright piano for the more musically inclined.

Retention time
