Located in one of the largest islands in the bay of Naples, this exclusive property is ideally situated to offer complete relaxation to its guests, providing a perfect seaside retreat. The air of Ischia is perfumed with the scent of the sea, pine forests and manicured gardens. The thermal hot springs are a natural phenomenon widely known for their therapeutic benefits, and the island’s sandy beaches and natural coves make Ischia the perfect destination to revitalize your mind, body and soul.

Most visitors head straight for the north coast towns of Ischia Porto, Ischia Ponte, Forio and Lacco Ameno: of these, Ischia Porto boasts the best bars, while Forio and Lacco Ameno have the prettiest spas and gardens. On the calmer south coast, the car-free perfection of Sant’Angelo offers a languid blend of a cozy harbor and lazy beaches. In between the coasts lies a less-trodden landscape of chestnut forests, vineyards and volcanic rock, loomed over by Monte Epomeo, Ischia’s highest peak.

Situated along the western coast of Ischia, Forio is the island’s second largest town. Forio is famous for its picturesque town with shops and restaurants, and it is also home to the Chiesa del Soccorso, one of the prettiest churches in Ischia. In the center of Forio, you will also find the Torrione Museum, an ancient look-out tower that was built to keep enemies out. Citara Beach is one of the most alluring beaches in Ischia, while the beaches of Cava dell’Isola, Chiaia and San Francesco are within walking distance.

The Property

Situated amongst verdant hills, vineyards and orchards, Villa Marianna boasts its own lush gardens and magnificent warm thermal-water pool. Open spaces, sun-drenched terraces and picturesque dining areas offer the perfect setting for an indulgent holiday on one of the most appreciated islands in Southern Italy. Built with solid, white-washed walls, Villa Marianna can accommodate up to twelve guests featuring six double bedrooms spread over three floors.

Surrounded by lush gardens and terraces, the villa boasts a large warm thermal-water pool and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers to dry off in the idyllic Italian sun. Offering a calm atmosphere, the outdoor area offers a perfect spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. The outdoor area also boasts a barbecue and panoramic terrace for al fresco dining. Superb views of the hills covered in pine forests are the perfect background to your exquisite getaway.

Villa Marianna combines Mediterranean charm and sleek modern features. Flooded with natural light, the villa boasts a generous living room with comfortable sofas, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. With a modern design, the villa features six double bedrooms. Five bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower. The vila also features a full bathroom with shower, Turkish bath, three guest bathrooms, and laundry room. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access and TV. The property also features an ample private parking space.

The rooms are spread over three floors. On the lower ground floor you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a small living room and Turkish bath. On the ground floor you will find a generous living room with outdoor terrace, perfect for al frsco dining, a fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor you will find two double bedrooms with terrace overlooking the pool and en-suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower; and a double bedroom with balcony (please note that this bedroom has no bathroom).

Retention time
