Set within a lush, meticulously maintained park characterised by typical dry stone walls made from local volcanic rock, the property can accommodate up to nineteen guests, with ten beautifully appointed bedrooms spread across the main villa and its two cottages.

Surrounded by impressive terraces and meticulously landscaped gardens, the property boasts an exceptional, sparkling pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the idyllic Italian sun. The peaceful and serene atmosphere by the pool is complemented by a generous al fresco lounge area where guests can unwind with a good book and a glass of prosecco, enjoying the gentle breeze. The outdoor space is also perfect for al fresco dining experiences or intimate sunset aperitifs.

Main Villa:
At the heart of the estate, the main villa dominates the garden and large pool, offering stunning views of the hills and the sea. The villa accommodates up to twelve guests, with six bedrooms (four double bedrooms and two twin rooms), each with an en-suite bathroom. Two fully-equipped kitchens, living rooms, a dining room, and a library complete the villa. Citrus House:
When the citrus trees are in blossom, dining under the porch of the Citrus House becomes an enchanting experience. On a single level, it provides ideal accommodation for three guests, offering a double bedroom and a single room with en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). The house also features a spacious kitchen with a dining corner and a large living room. Exterior porches overlook the orchard and the hills, while the interior exudes an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

Orchard House:
Once the home of farmworkers, the Orchard House, located in the northwestern corner of the property, has been transformed into a charming Mediterranean residence. On a single level, it offers perfect accommodation for four guests, with two bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin room) and three bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub, and the largest with a Jacuzzi and separate shower). The house also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, and large living room.
