The Villa dated 18^th is located in a stunning position three miles from the charming old city of Como on the east coast. It is the smaller building of the luxurious Estate Le due Ville di Blevio. Like villa Grande, a major renovating operation started on Le Due Ville - Villa dei Cigni in 1980 leaving the exquisite taste of old times, where the romantic lake atmosphere, the antique fine furniture perfectly combines with the most ahead technology. Le Due Ville - Villa dei Cigni developes on three floor too and have delightful furnished terraces facing the water and since 2013 also has private pool located a piece of land on the upper level of the park accessible through a private stone path.

The main entrance is located at the end of the underground passage that connects the two properties. A large double glazer door give access hallway having mosaic floor. At right there is a fully equipped professional kitchens where the chef will prepare and serve breakfast but also meals upon request.

At left there is the marble stair case that leads to the upper floors while straight ahead there is the large dining and sitting rooms with fire place, mosaic floor and frescoes ceiling too.

The first and second levels have the same lay out: 1 master bedroom with en suite bath, one double also having en suite bath and one twin bedded room with separate shower and tub bath. Marble finishes in all en suite baths, restored antique pieces of furniture combined with fashion materials complete the rooms having amazing lake view and air condition. All this will make your staying at villa Serena just unforgettable.

Retention time
