The Property
Nestled on the tranquil shores of Lake Como, this stunning villa offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Spanning two elegant levels and covering approximately 250 square metres, this exquisite property is designed to provide an unforgettable retreat for up to eight guests. Proudly overlooking the calm waters of the lake and the charming Isola Comacina, Villa Erato can sleep up to eight guests in four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms spread over two floors.

As you arrive, the villa welcomes you with its expansive 1000-square-metre garden, featuring a 73-square-metre open parking area that can accommodate three cars. The outdoor space is a true oasis, complete with a dedicated sunbathing area and a cosy bar zone, perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings under the stars. From May to September, guests can enjoy the heated pool, where the water temperature can reach a pleasant 30 °C, providing a refreshing escape on warm summer days.

Upon entering the first floor of the villa, you are greeted by a grand and spacious living area that seamlessly connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the amenities you might need during your stay. This open-plan design creates a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both relaxation and socializing. Retention time
