Location and Surrounding Area

This iconic villa on two floors is located on a tip of the Argentario peninsula and has one of the most romantic and breath-taking 180 ° view on the sea. Renovation was concluded in June 2020, designed by D’Alessandro & associates architects, it has a minimalist yet warm style, with simple and clean lines.

On the ground floor there is a sophisticated grand living room, a smaller one and a dining room complimented with a veranda. In addition, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has an adjacent study room, equipped with a desk and sofa. The floor consists of hand-crafted ceramics coming from the Amalfi coast. All beds have Simmons new mattresses of high quality.

On the second level, the floor is made of wooden board original from south Tyrol. There are six rooms and four bathrooms, one of which is included within the master suite, consisting in two rooms and equipped with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The main rooms of the house are served by the latest generation Bose stereo system and both the television in the master bedroom and in the lounge are served by apple TV and Sky. All the interiors have been designed by the architect Gaia Meriggioli from M.O.I. & Associates.

Great attention has been given to the fitness and wellness area, where there is a gym, a sauna made of precious and fragrant Cembrian pine wood, with a large window overlooking the garden, and a Turkish bath. Both sauna and Turkish bath are made by Starpool, leading company in luxury hotels’ wellness centers around the world.

The garden, Mediterranean flora, was directed by architects Antonella Daroda and Ginevra Conte, creating numerous and different corners of relax, so that it is possible to rest in new settings, depending on the light and on the solar radiation.

Within the garden there is also a game table area with a foosball table and a ping pong, designed for fun and carefree moments.

Finally, we find a splendid swimming pool (14 x 6 m), ideal for swimming. The pool is sanitized with the salts of life, a compound of magnesium potassium and sodium which are good for the skin and relax the body, just like the best thermal waters. The pool is surrounded by solid teak wood heated floors.

Retention time
