The Property
Located in the heart of the Piedmont wine region, Villa Alba features stylish contemporary furnishings and an abundance of light. Offering an impressive sense of space, this exceptionally designed villa boasts an exclusive salt-water pool and a generous al fresco dining terrace with expansive views, making it the perfect spot for lingering meals and enjoying some of the region’s exceptional cuisine. Villa Alba can accommodate up to eleven guests, featuring six bedrooms (five doubles and one single) spread over four floors.

Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of rolling hills and Langhe vineyards, the villa boasts a secluded garden where you will find the salt-water pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the garden represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation with a good book. The garden also features a generous al fresco dining area and a water well.

Decorated with a palette of soft natural tones, the interior space on the ground floor comprises a spacious open-plan living and dining area with an exclusive wine cellar and high vaulted ceilings. Flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling arched windows, the ground floor also boasts a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, you will also find a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Offering modern comfort and plenty of natural light, the first floor features a bright music room on a mezzanine level overlooking the garden. As evening falls, relax on the comfortable sofa with a glass of local wine while listening to one of the one hundred and fifty vinyl records available. On the first floor, you will also find a bright double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable double bedroom featuring a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The second floor, the entrance level, features a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and a single room with a French bed and en-suite floor-level shower. For relaxation, visit the wellness area on the lower ground floor, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and emotional shower. Villa Alba offers wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, a smart TV, record player, and CD player. The ground floor double bedroom is lift-accessible and suitable for those with disabilities.
