Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Peccioli is a charming medieval village that captures the essence of the Italian countryside. With its narrow streets, stone houses, and stunning views of the surrounding hills, Peccioli offers a peaceful and authentic escape. Known for its rich history and well-preserved architecture, the village showcases traditional Tuscan beauty. In 2024, it earned the title of Borgo dei Borghi (the most beautiful village in Italy), a recognition of its unique charm and cultural heritage.

Terricciola and Palaia are two charming villages in the heart of Tuscany, each with its own unique appeal. Terricciola, known for its rolling vineyards and olive groves, offers a peaceful retreat and is celebrated for its fine wines and local products. The Property
Set in the serene countryside of gently rolling hills, Villa Valdera provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, this magnificent 17th-century villa has been carefully restored to the highest standards while preserving the character of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Villa Valdera can accommodate up to eleven guests (eight guests plus three additional guests), featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the villa boasts a magnificent pool with a Jacuzzi and Roman steps, along with a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a calm atmosphere, the poolside area provides an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation with a good book. The garden also features a porch sheltered by a wrought iron pergola, where you can enjoy Italian meals or simply relax on comfortable sofas.

The ground floor boasts a living and dining area with a large table, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a spacious lounge area complete with a fireplace. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine with your fellow guests. On the same floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also houses a comfortable double bedroom (which can be converted into a twin room) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom suitable for guests with disabilities.

Accessed by an exceptional stone and wrought iron staircase, the first floor features a comfortable double bedroom and two twin rooms. A single bed can be added to these rooms on request. On the same floor, you will also find three en-suite bathrooms with showers. Please note that the villa comfortably accommodates eight guests in the four bedrooms, plus three additional guests in three single beds that can be added on request in the three bedrooms on the first floor.

Retention time
