The property is just a stone’s throw away from Lucca, also known as “the city of 100 churches.” Hidden behind impressive Renaissance walls, its cobbled streets, delightful squares, and shady promenades make it a perfect destination to explore on foot. At the end of the day, open-air cafes and historic restaurants tempt visitors to relax over a glass of Lucchese wine and a slow progression of dishes prepared with fresh produce from nearby Garfagnana.

In thirty minutes by car, you can easily reach Pisa, which is exceptionally well-known for its Leaning Tower. Moving between its alleys and riversides, you will discover architectural jewels such as Santa Maria della Spina, the headquarters of the Scuola Normale Superiore in Piazza dei Cavalieri, the exhibitions of Palazzo Blu, and the magnetic charm of Piazza dei Miracoli. Start from the Baptistery and head to the 130-meter Camposanto Monumentale overlooking the square.

With an exceptional location near Lucca, Villa del Canto can accommodate ten guests in five bedrooms (three double bedrooms and two twin rooms) with bathrooms spread over two floors. On request, two extra beds can be added for two additional guests.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this charming villa boasts a saltwater pool and a large poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind. The outdoor spaces of the villa offer a sanctuary for relaxation, inspiration, and connection with nature. With a serene atmosphere, the outdoor area also features a large al fresco dining area under the shade of a pergola with white curtains, an outdoor lounge area with armchairs, and a comfortable hammock.

Inside, attention to detail meets exquisite design. The ground floor boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable white sofa with plenty of seating, a formal dining room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom complete with a fireplace and private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms: two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with shower; a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with shower; and a twin room with a private bathroom with shower.

Retention time
