Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Apulia, just a few kilometers from the coast, this five-bedroom farmhouse is ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing an opulent retreat for those who want to explore the Apulian coast and its countryside, dotted with characteristic trulli, dry-stone walls, vineyards and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see. Famous for its whitewashed towns and beautiful beaches, the region features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from the spectacular beaches and crystal clear waters of Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo and Punta Prosciutto. The villa is also a few kilometers from Ostuni, which shines out against the surrounding verdant landscape, and from Cisternino, often listed as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. After you have visited the historic Chiesa di San Nicola, you can get charming views of the surrounding countryside from Piazza Garibaldi, across the street from the church.

The villa is a few kilometers from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore the area, but spend some time exploring its old center which boasts beautiful Baroque architecture and quaint streets. The villa is a few kilometers from Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. In one hour by car, you can also reach Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Savelletri, a pretty port town with beaches and great dining options. Known for the quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy some fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. There is a lovely waterfront church with Templar symbols, which is dedicated to the patron saint, celebrated in grand style on the second Sunday of August with a procession by sea of boats.

Casina Vigna Negroamaro is 42 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport), 160 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport, and 399 km from Napoli Capodichino International Airport. Built in the 14th century, this elegant villa has been carefully renovated while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional farmhouse. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests featuring five double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Surrounded by a manicured lawn, the property boasts an irregular-shaped pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the outdoor space is the ultimate retreat to sunbathe or just sip a cocktail. If you want some quiet time, head to the terrace on the first floor and take in the stunning views of the surrounding area. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large table for al fresco dining.

Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay, a spacious dining room with large table that can accommodate up to twelve people, and a spacious living room complete with satellite TV. On this floor you will also find five comfortable double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. Four bedrooms have their own independent access.

In two of the bedrooms, the beds can be separated into twin beds. In two of the bedrooms, there is also a double sofa bed. In this case, the villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests. The villa features air conditioning throughout the property, wireless Internet access, and a private parking space for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests.

Retention time
