Renowned for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs, and beautiful beaches, this area of Apulia has all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

In just twenty minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as "the White City". With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches, and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts a remarkable history dating back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are particularly striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you might well think you are wandering through a charming Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from the town of Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Situated in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base for exploring this wonderful area. Spend some time wandering its old centre, a fascinating mix of golden Baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless exploration.

In forty minutes by car, you can easily reach Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th-century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the city’s patron saint. Since Locorotondo is perched on a hill, you can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from the Villa Comunale, the public garden on the west side of the historic centre.

The villa is also a few kilometres from Savelletri, a picturesque port town with beaches and excellent dining options. Known for its quality seafood, Savelletri offers a traditional fishing village atmosphere. Enjoy fresh fish just brought in by the fishermen and stroll along the charming seafront. The Property
Located in the heart of Apulia and within easy reach of the coastline, Le Petit Bleu boasts a contemporary design while preserving the characteristics of a traditional masseria, creating an exclusive retreat for those seeking complete privacy in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. With an impressive sense of comfort, this newly built villa features an exceptional pool. Spread over two floors, Le Petit Bleu can accommodate four guests in two double bedrooms (plus one guest in a sofa bed), each with an en-suite bathroom.

Surrounded by olive groves, almond, fig, and pomegranate trees, as well as stone walls, the villa boasts a remarkable pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. The pool can be heated (for an extra fee) and features exclusive hydromassage beds. The outdoor area also includes an al fresco lounge for relaxing and socialising, and a marble bar with a dishwasher, ice maker, and fridge. Near the pool, you will also find an outdoor shower.

Offering a serene atmosphere, the outdoor area of this recently built villa features an exclusive veranda with a large dining table where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with your fellow guests. Embrace the Mediterranean’s inviting climate and enjoy al fresco aperitifs and star-lit dinners. The outdoor space is undoubtedly an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation with a good book.

Flooded with natural light and featuring exposed stone vaults, this modern villa combines typical regional characteristics with a contemporary twist. With a sophisticated style, the ground floor features a generous open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for one additional guest), a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast table, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a guest bathroom. The lower floor of the villa includes a laundry room and a second guest bathroom.

Villa Le Petit Bleu is located near Villa Le Grand Bleu, on the same estate. Both villas together can accommodate up to 12 guests and can be rented together for larger groups. The estate is completely fenced, offers two separate entrances, and has a metal fence between the two villas, ensuring privacy for each. The distance between the two villas is about 150 metres.
