Located in one of the most appreciated areas in Southern Apulia, just a few kilometers from the coast, this exceptional five-bedroom masseria is ideally situated to offer complete relaxation and privacy to its guests, providing an opulent escape for those who want to explore this exclusive area. Famous for its whitewashed towns, excellent food, dramatic coastal cliffs and beautiful beaches, this area of Southern Apulia features all the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

The villa is a few kilometers from Cisternino, often listed as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. After you have visited the historic Chiesa di San Nicola, you can get charming views of the countryside from Piazza Garibaldi and the Torre Civica. The villa is just a few kilometers from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore the area, but spend some time exploring its old center.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from Locorotondo, a whitewashed hilltop town designated as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The old city radiates out around the 19th century neoclassical Chiesa Madre San Giorgio, a church dedicated to the patron saint of the city. Its hilltop position means that you can see the town from miles around, and once you are up there, you will be treated to stunning views of the Valle d’Itria.

The masseria is a few kilometers from Alberobello, the most famous town in the Valle d'Itria due to its characteristic trulli houses. The conical rooftops coupled with cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses are a simply magical sight. The villa is also a few kilometers from Ostuni, also known as the white city. With its ancient cobblestone streets, great churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages.

Masseria La Residenza di Savelletri is 57 km from Brindisi Airport (also known as Salento Airport) and 79 km from Bari Karol Wojtyla International Airport. The villa is 19 km from Cisternino, 22 km from Locorotondo, 24 km from Ostuni, 27 km from Martina Franca, 27 km from Alberobello, 40 km from Carovigno, 62 km from Bari, and 83 km from Taranto. The villa is also just 5.7 km from Fasano and 3.3 from Savelletri, where all the necessary services can be easily found.

The Property
Immersed in eight hectares of secular olive groves, Masseria La Residenza di Savelletri is an exclusive luxury villa located in one of the most evocative corners in Southern Italy, in a privileged position between Fasano and Savelletri. Offering rustic yet elegant interiors, this exceptional Apulian masseria can accommodate up to ten guests (plus one guest in a sofa bed) featuring five elegant suites, each with independent access and en-suite bathroom, spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the masseria boasts an exceptional heated pool and a generous poolside area furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa boasts an outdoor shaded gym complete with modern Technogym equipment. With gorgeous views of the surrounding olive groves, the garden also features yoga mats and bikes for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests. The outdoor area is equipped with wireless Internet access.

Flooded with natural light, the interior living space boasts original stone floors, perfectly preserved rustic stairs and traditional Apulian ceilings. Offering an elegant atmosphere, the ground floor features a living room, a dining room and and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay.The interiors retain their historic charm with classic Art Deco-inspired furniture and exclusive pieces from private art collections.

On the ground floor you will find three of the five suites of the villa. Each suite has independent access from the outside and en-suite bathroom with shower. The three suites on the ground floor have direct and private access to the garden. On the first floor you will find the other two suites. The two suites on the first floor boast a large terrace overlooking the sea, independent access and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the suites features a living room with a single sofa bed for one extra guest. Each suite has TV with international satellite channels and air conditioning.

Retention time
