This luxurious property boasts a total of 6 bedrooms across the Manor House and three beautifully restored cottages, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

The estate is an oasis of tranquillity, with meticulously maintained gardens that feature lush lawns, fragrant local flowers, and vibrant plants. The towering olive trees provide a sense of serenity by day and enchant with their silver leaves illuminated by night. Upon entering the Manor House, a foyer leads to the living and TV rooms. To the left, the dining room with a fireplace and kitchen offer a space for gatherings. An antique staircase takes you to the second floor, where the master bedroom has a fireplace, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The bed in the master bedroom is (170 x 190 cm). A private terrace with views is accessible from the bedroom and study, with the master suite opening onto a veranda and private access to the ground floor.

Cottage 1:
Nestled next to the Manor House, Cottage 1 offers a peaceful and charming retreat with two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a double bed (160 x 190 cm), while the second offers flexibility with twin beds (90 x 195 cm) that can be combined into a double. A shared corridor connects the two rooms, with two stylish bathrooms offering modern showers. The thoughtful layout ensures privacy and convenience, making it an ideal space for families, friends, or couples seeking comfort and tranquillity.

Cottage 2 (Stalla):
Below Cottage 1, on the ground floor of the same building, you will find the restored Stalla, an old stable beautifully transformed into a unique double bedroom. The vaulted ceilings and en-suite bathroom with a shower create a tranquil retreat. The bed in the room is 170 x 190 cm. The room opens to a private garden, enhancing its charm and offering a secluded, peaceful space for rest, surrounded by nature’s serene beauty. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation, and a touch of history in a stunning setting.

Cottage 3 (Agrumeto):
On the opposite side of the estate, near the entrance, Cottage 3 extends over a single floor (ground floor) and offers two separate double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom features a bath and shower, and the bed is 170 x 190 cm. The other bedroom has a shower and the bed is 160 x 190 cm. Both rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant furnishings, providing a sense of comfort, with external access leading to the expansive gardens.
