With its ancient cobbled streets, grand churches, and quaint whitewashed houses, Ostuni boasts a remarkable history that dates to the Stone Age. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are particularly striking, but there are many other architectural gems to discover, including the old homes of the nobles; you might even feel as though you are wandering through a charming Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Situated in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca makes a perfect base for exploring the area. Take time to leisurely wander its charming old town, an intriguing blend of golden Baroque and Greek-like white architecture, with many grand palazzi, ornate churches, and a delightful maze of narrow streets ideal for aimless exploration and discovering hidden corners.

The villa can accommodate up to eleven guests, featuring five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one room with three single bunk beds) spread across two buildings.

Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the villa boasts an exceptional crystal-clear pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back, relax, and unwind. The tranquil area beside the pool also features a charming gazebo providing ample shade, a fridge, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The property additionally offers an exclusive indoor heated pool with a swim-against-the-current system and a luxurious heated Jacuzzi for up to six people.

Offering charming views of the surroundings, the outdoor area also includes a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and a generous outdoor dining area complete with an outdoor kitchen, lounge bar, pizza oven, and barbecue. In the trulli complex, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, while in the stone house there is one double bedroom and one room with three single bunk beds, plus two bathrooms with showers.

The property features two fully equipped kitchens and generous interior spaces. Each building has its own fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. In the trulli complex, there is also a dining room and a generous living space with a bathroom. The stone house features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Flooded with natural light, the kitchens are crafted with hand-moulded oak countertops and are fully fitted.
