Speziale is a peaceful hamlet nestled in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, offering a tranquil escape surrounded by the region's picturesque countryside. Known for its traditional trulli houses and olive groves, Speziale provides an authentic glimpse into rural Apulia. The area’s charm lies in its serene atmosphere and natural beauty, with winding roads leading through scenic landscapes. The Property
Located in the heart of Valle d’Itria, Villa Speziale boasts a modern design, creating an exclusive retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. With an exquisite blend of classic Apulian charm and modern comfort, the property offers an impeccable and contemporary atmosphere. Featuring an exclusive pool and all accommodation on one level, Villa Speziale can sleep 6 guests in three double bedrooms, plus 2 additional guest in a sofa bed (upon request).

Encircled by olive groves and surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional saltwater infinity pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the poolside area is perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation with a good book. Outdoors, under the shade of a pergola, you will also find a spacious al fresco lounge area and a dining area with a barbecue.

With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, the villa features stylish contemporary furnishings and an abundance of natural light. With original vaulted ceilings, the villa includes a generous open-plan living and dining area complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. With a soothing colour palette of neutral tones, the villa also features a second living area with a TV and a sofa bed for two additional guests. This room opens onto the outdoor area.

Offering a serene atmosphere, the villa can accommodate six guests in three comfortable double bedrooms: two bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom features a private bathroom with a shower, which can be accessed from outside the room. Moreover, one of the two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom can be accessed from the outdoor area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

As previously mentioned, the villa can comfortably sleep six guests in three double bedrooms, while two additional guests can sleep, upon request, on the double sofa bed available in the TV room. The sofa in the TV room is a French sofa bed and is typically used as a sofa for watching television. If necessary, it can be arranged as an additional bed for two extra guests, but please be aware that its dimensions are 140 x 200 cm.
