Strategically situated in the heart of Rome, on the third floor of one of the city’s historic palazzi, this contemporary one-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your stay in the Italian capital. With a peaceful yet central location, many of Rome’s most famous attractions are within easy walking distance, while the rest are just a short taxi ride away. Although it would take weeks to see all the city has to offer, a few days are enough to explore Rome’s most beautiful sites.

Set in the vibrant heart of Rome, the apartment is just a stone’s throw from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Piazza Navona is a magnificent square, home to a fountain by Bernini, and a popular gathering point for Romans, with its bustling terraced cafés and seasonal fairs. The apartment is also a few steps away from the Pantheon, the city’s best-preserved ancient temple and a must-see for any first-time visitor to Rome. Between the lively Piazza Navona and the aristocratic Piazza Farnese lies Campo de’ Fiori.

Open every day except Sunday, Campo de’ Fiori frequently draws Romans as they pack fresh produce and fruit into their shopping bags. The market is also superb for cheeses, pasta, and even freshly squeezed juices. Once the stalls have closed for the day, the square transforms into a social hub, with bars and restaurants opening their doors for a lively aperitivo scene.

The Trevi Fountain, the world’s most famous fountain, is about a twenty-minute walk away. Bathed in natural light, the indoor living space includes a modern lounge furnished with a sofa and a dining area. A TV unit wall acts as a contemporary partition, separating the lounge from the dining area. A comfortable hidden wall bed is available for an additional guest. This is a double bed with a regular king-size mattress, located in a section of the living room. Thanks to a special sliding door system designed by the interior designer, this space transforms into a private room, ensuring the guest's privacy is fully guaranteed. Decorated with modern artwork, the apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee maker to help start your morning right.

The apartment can sleep two guests in a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, located adjacent to the bedroom. Exuding a sophisticated design, this apartment also features a rooftop terrace offering a tranquil setting with stunning views of the Eternal City. For safety reasons, the terrace is accessible to guests only when supervised by a staff member. Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and living room, and underfloor heating is provided throughout. Please note, as this is a period building, representative of its time, there is no lift.
