The Property
Nestled in the heart of Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia, Villa Artemisia is a stunning rural villa offering an idyllic retreat surrounded by the most breathtaking landscapes in Italy. Set atop the rolling hills, the villa provides spectacular panoramic views of the green valleys and charming hill towns. With the added benefit of fresh countryside breezes, the villa remains cool and inviting, even during the hottest summer months, despite the absence of air conditioning. Villa Artemisia accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Outdoors, the villa features a stone-paved terrace with a vine-covered pergola, offering stunning valley views. The al fresco dining area, seating 14 guests and complete with a built-in barbecue and wood-fired oven, is perfect for outdoor meals. The saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 metres), heated by a boiler, is complemented by a straw changing hut, picnic area, and small fridge. The property includes a vegetable and flower garden, orchard, olive groves, and 30 acres of private woodland. Parking is available for eight cars.

Indoors, the five bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and two twin rooms, all have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the master bedroom features a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The living room, with its stone fireplace, opens onto the terrace, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large stone countertop, fridge with separate freezer, ice and cold-water dispenser, and dishwasher. The dining room, seating 10, also opens onto the outdoor terrace.
