Villa Marcellino is a really charming and stylish house located in Val d’Orcia, at minutes to the most attractive locations of the region (Pienza, Sarteano, Chianciano, Montepulciano, Siena Cortona). The villa thanks to its position, perched on a quiet and typical Tuscan rolling hill, enjoys spectacular views of the valleys, the rolling hills and the multicoloured cultivated lands. Villa Marcellino is a great estate an ideal destination where plan a week with friends or a large family. Thanks to its excellent staff is also the perfect solution to host small and medium events.

This villa is at only 300 mt. to Villa La Lavanda so they can host altogether a party of 35 people.

Planning a large family get-together or a week with friends? This fabulous villa in the heart of the Val d’Orcia can accommodate 19 people. A 10,000 sq feet terrace runs around the house with several pergolas, patios, roofed dining areas from where you can enjoy 360° views all over the valley and beyond.

It’s owned by an Italian interior designer, so while the building maintains its traditional farmhouse exterior, the inside has been spruced up by a sophisticated and experienced hand, and fitted out with all the latest modern facilities, the ideal place from which to watch the spectacular sunsets, glass of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in hand.

The estate consist of a main villa and a guest house.

Main House: Four living rooms, two with fireplaces, large kitchen divided into two rooms, one for cooking, the other for storing and appliances, out of the guests’ view; 1 twin and 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The two story guest house has been completed in 2012 with three bedrooms en suite, with a gym and chill out area on the ground floor. Sitting room, bar and kitchenette in the loft. Built-in air conditioning in all bedrooms.

An infinity 52,5 x 16,5 feet heated jet stream swimming pool especially built to take delight of the landscape, will leave you an unforgettable and unrepeatable impression. In summer the water temperature naturally reaches 86°F in sunny days and in mid season you can enjoy a mild temperature of the pool at no cost.

Nearest train station: Chiusi, 25 minutes. Distance from airports: Rome and Pisa 2 hours, Florence 1.5 hours, Perugia 1 hour. Distance from nearest towns: Rome 2 hours by car, 1.5 by train; Florence 1.5 hours by car, 1 by train; Siena, Perugia, Assisi 1 hour; Montalcino 30 minutes; S. Quirico, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sarteano, 15 to 20 minutes. Nearest village Contignano (grocery, bakery, butcher, “pecorino” cheese factory and gas station) at only 5 minutes. Supermarkets and full shopping at 15 minutes.

Retention time
