Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Val di Chiana, it offers stunning views of lush landscapes, olive groves, and vineyards. The charming historic centre, with its narrow streets and ancient stone buildings, invites visitors to step back in time, while the Castello di Sarteano adds a touch of medieval grandeur. The Property
Located in the heart of Tuscany, between the historic Val di Chiana and the wild Val d’Orcia, Villa dei Conti offers peace and relaxation in a refined environment surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills. Converted from a 16th-century convent that has been recently and masterfully restored, this magnificent villa can comfortably accommodate fourteen guests, plus one extra guest, in seven elegant suites with en-suite bathrooms, spread across the main building and the annex.

Immersed in 65 hectares of hilly landscape surrounded by olive groves and gardens, this magnificent property boasts an exclusive pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and relaxing. With charming views over the countryside, the garden also features a generous veranda with an al fresco dining area and a lounge area for relaxing and socialising.

On the ground floor of the main building, you will find a bright living area with a fireplace. From the living area, you can access the veranda. On the ground floor, you will also find an exceptional fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Each of the seven suites of the villa has its own unique style, with antique and handmade furniture, precious fabrics, and contemporary design furnishings. There are three types of rooms: three Deluxe Rooms, three Junior Suites, and one exclusive Torretta Suite.

On the ground floor, you will also find an exceptional fully-equipped gym: fitness lovers will be able to keep up with their workout regimen without leaving the comfort of their own villa. The gym is connected to the indoor pool, which features hydromassage and is heated all year round. On the ground floor of the annex, near the third Deluxe Room, which is suitable for disabled guests, you will find an exclusive billiard room. Here, you will also find an ancient wood-burning oven.

Deluxe Rooms:
With queen-size beds, these three inviting bedrooms measure about 20 square metres. Two rooms are located on the first floor of the main building, whilst the third room (suitable for disabled guests) is located on the ground floor of the annex. The bathrooms are adorned with precious travertine and feature spacious showers. The rooms also feature beamed ceilings, views of the garden, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning, smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, insect screens, and heated towel rails.

Junior Suites:
With king-size beds, these three elegant bedrooms measure about 30 square metres. They are located on the first floor of the main building. The bathrooms are adorned with precious travertine. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub with a shower, while the others have showers. The bedrooms also feature beamed ceilings, views of the property and the Val di Chiana, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning, smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, insect screens, and heated towel rails.

Torretta Suite:
With a comfortable king-size bed, this charming room measures about 40 square metres. Located in the tower of the monastery, on the second floor of the main building, it offers wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. The bathroom is adorned with precious travertine and features a bathtub with a shower. The room features beamed ceilings, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning, smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, insect screens, heated towel rails, and a comfortable sofa bed for an additional guest.
