Location and Surrounding Area
Located in Massa Lubrense, this exclusive two-villa estate is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. To the west and south-west of Sorrento is a hilly hinterland, the sprawling Massa Lubrense, and a wild stretch of coast that developers have left untouched. The Massa Lubrense is home to hamlets and ancient look-out towers, a reminder of repeated invasions over the centuries, surrounded by citrus and olive groves.

Set in the hills just below the ridge that divides Sorrento from the sheer southern coastline lies the village of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, named for its dominance of the gulfs of both Naples and Salerno. At the tip of the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula, Nerano is a little-known and charming fishing village on the Amalfi Coast. Nerano is a tiny village built into the mountains, overlooking a pretty little harbour below, and surrounded by one of the most untouched and dramatic areas on the Amalfi Coast.

Despite its attractive setting, what brings most visitors to Nerano is Marina del Cantone. A steep road leads from the village of Nerano down to Marina del Cantone, where you are greeted by brightly coloured umbrellas lining the beach and the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. The pebbly beach hugs the gentle curve of the quiet harbour, and the beachfront offers one lido after another where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas.

The town centre of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of lanes, now lined with restaurants serving gnocchi and shops selling lemon-themed souvenirs. But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. The vaulted Sedile Dominova, once a meeting space for aristocracy, is now a working-men's club where old-timers while away afternoons play cards. Then there are traditional greengrocers and haberdashers huddled behind wooden shop fronts, mediaeval palaces, and artisan workshops.

If Sorrento gets too much, the laid-back town of Vico Equense, which stands on a sheer tufa cliff just along the coast, makes an attractive base. Beach bums tend to head for the small pockets of sand tucked into coves at Marina di Vico and Marina d'Aequa, walkers tackle the old footpath to Positano, clinging to the cliffs on the Amalfi coastline, and culture hounds hop on the Circumvesuviana train to march around the ancient sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius.

The Property
Located between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its tourist port, Tenuta Le Sirene covers an area of two hectares. Trapped between an infinite blue sky and an azure sea, this exclusive estate provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners on the Sorrento Coast. Tenuta Le Sirene can accommodate 17 guests in 9 rooms spread over two villas, the North Villa and the South Villa.

With a generous Mediterranean garden, the property boasts two swimming pools with jacuzzis and furnished poolside areas, one for each villa. With over one hectare of orange and olive groves, the building dating back to 1769 stands on an area of 800 square metres with porticoes, generous halls, kitchens, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a panoramic terrace with a 360-degree view. The property boasts two independent units: North Villa and South Villa, each with its own pool with Jacuzzi, living rooms, and kitchen.

North Villa
The North Villa features five bedrooms and can sleep nine guests plus three extra guests (on request, extra). Outdoors, the North Villa boasts its own heated pool with a Jacuzzi corner, a furnished poolside area, a private garden, a patio, and a barbecue. Flooded with light, the ground floor boasts a large living room with TV, a dining area with courtyard access, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry area with a guest bathroom. Flaunting essential lines, the ground floor has a double bedroom with a patio overlooking the sea and direct access to the pool area.

On the ground floor, you will also find a single room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The upper floor boasts a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. On the upper floor, you will also find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace. The upper floor also features a double bedroom overlooking Capri, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upon request, at an extra cost, it is possible to add two sofa beds, one of which is single and the other double (which can be used as a double or two single beds).

South Villa
The South Villa features four bedrooms and can sleep eight guests. With a contemporary style and plenty of light, the bedrooms of the villa are spread over two floors. Outdoors, the South Villa boasts its own pool with a Jacuzzi corner and furnished poolside area, a private garden, a patio, and a barbecue. Flooded with light, the ground floor features a generous living room with TV, a dining area with courtyard access, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a laundry area with guest bathroom.

On the ground floor, you will also find a double bedroom with a private patio. On the upper floor, you will find a master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this floor, you will also find a double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, one more double bedroom can also be found on this floor. Upon request, at an extra cost, it is possible to add a single bed.
