The Property
Perched high on a hill with spectacular views over the sea, Vista Vesuvio offers the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Recent renovations have preserved the property’s original style, while skilled craftsmen have created a welcoming space using high-quality, locally sourced materials. Vista Vesuvio can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 6 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, spread over two floors.

The villa is set in a lush garden with an exceptional pool and a poolside patio with sun loungers. The garden leads directly to the villa with no steps and features typical coastal arches in glazed majolica tiles with Vesuvius lava stone inserts. Natural stone paths and floors complete the setting. There is a roof sunbathing area and a barbecue with a wood-fired pizza oven near the outdoor dining space. Access is via an electric gate to a private driveway with parking for up to five cars. The property is fully fenced for complete privacy.

On the ground floor, the living room has large sofas, a panoramic window, a flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor dining area, gardens, and main terrace. The dining area features a 19th-century table seating twelve and adjoins a fully equipped modern kitchen with a four-door fridge, induction hob, ice machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a bar corner with a wine cooler. Additional amenities include a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron, and a guest bathroom.

A cosy internal staircase leads to the first floor, where three further double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers and private terraces overlooking the stunning bay of Sorrento. All bedrooms and common areas have Wi-Fi and independent air conditioning. The beds have memory-foam mattresses and a selection of pillows with varying firmness for optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with showers and hairdryers, and some also have double sinks.
